Guidelines / Instructions for Submitting Online Application

1.Submission Method: Only online submission through Google Form is accepted.

2.Application Requirements: Ensure your online application includes a scanned passport size color photograph (maximum 2 MB)

and the Certificate of Recommendation as specified.

3.Confirmation Email: After submitting your application, wait for the confirmation email from the HRDC Office email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Once received, please send your Relieving order and Fee payment details, using the specific forms (Relieving order form and Form for Fee payment details) to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

4.Submission Deadline: Please note that HRDC does not take responsibility for applications submitted after the specified deadline, regardless of the reason.

5.Technical Support: If you encounter any issues during the application submission process, you can seek technical support from the HRDC
